Brooke and her talented team showed Congressman Rutherford their labor-intensive process for hand-making chocolates on-site in the store. Discussions revolved around the challenges and opportunities facing franchising and small business owners and what Congress can do to make it easier for them to succeed, such as reducing the tax burden on employers like Peterbrooke Chocolatier.
