Orders are processed within 3–5 business days and ship via FedEx Monday through Friday. Orders placed by 2pm EST may ship the same day, weather permitting. During peak holiday seasons, processing times can extend up to 5 business days.
We ship nationwide via FedEx. Please note FedEx does not deliver to APO addresses or PO Boxes. Same-day local delivery is available for qualifying zip codes in the Jacksonville, FL area, and curbside pickup is offered at over 20 Peterbrooke store locations
We take every precaution to keep your chocolates fresh. During warm months, we use insulated liners, multiple cold packs, and bubble wrap to protect the quality and food safety throughout transit.
FedEx Express options (Overnight, 2-Day, 3-Day) are available at checkout, though please note FedEx does not pick up or deliver on weekends. For local Jacksonville orders, same-day and scheduled delivery is available for qualifying zip codes — validated during checkout.
