Orders placed by 2pm EST may ship same day, processing time and weather permitting. During peak season, processing times can take up to 5 business days. Orders received after 2pm EST will be shipped the next business day or Saturday.

We ship via FedEx. Please note that FedEx Express (Overnight, 2-Day, 3-Day) does not pick up or deliver over the weekend. FedEx does not ship to APOs or PO Boxes.

We take extra steps to ensure your chocolates arrive fresh and protected. During warm months, we use special insulated liners, multiple cold packs, and bubble wrap to secure the freshness and quality of your order.

Yes! You can pre-order by contacting your local Peterbrooke store and arrange to have your order shipped, delivered, or picked up on a particular date. Payment will be required to hold the order.
