Palm Beach Daily News: The Dish: Chocolate camps, gelato make summertime tasty in Palm Beach

Children aren’t the only ones enjoying sweet satisfaction at Peterbrooke Chocolatier’s annual summer camps in Palm Beach.

“Yes, kids love it for sure, but so do adults,” Palm Beach store manager Yuliya Artemyeva told the Daily News. “We’ve had people reserve camp time for a date night or even team-building events. It’s a lot of fun.”

Though it all falls under “summer camp” at Peterbrooke, there are no set sessions. On Tuesday through Saturday afternoons through August, anyone can book a two-hour slot for two or more people.

The last two-hour camp slot available each day is 4 p.m.; campers younger than 6 must be accompanied by an adult.

For $75, a camper gets a tray arranged with various goodies — such as popcorn, Oreos, graham crackers, pretzels and marshmallows —used to enhance chocolate treats.
