On Valentine’s Day, strawberries remain the hottest item. Peterbrooke thrives on seasons — Christmas, Easter, football — but mid-February builds up faster over a smaller number of days. On an average week, they’ll move out about 150 hand-dipped strawberries; this week, that number will rise into thousands.
