"i’ve emailed numerous times back and forth with customer services about my dissatisfaction - when i placed my order , it showed the delivery option to be on 02.14 , my order was not delivered till 02.15 - i’ve asked for a refund on the shipping since it cost a huge amount for delivery on 02.14 . i understand valentine’s day is extremely busy but if your shipping was double per usual the price , you’d think the order would of been received of the day of the delivery , of it promoted - i still haven’t received any email back inquiring about the issue - it’s been 2 weeks since i’ve heard any new updates . this was my first time ordering & honestly , it will be my last . i’ll make sure to let family and friends know to not order through peterbrooke ."

"it reminds me of being in a big city and having the delight of entering a european style candy store. I recall one in Chicago and one in colorado springs that was great. I go into this shop a few times a year and get an assorted box of hand picked chocolates. Sometimes just for me...and sometimes for company as my main dessert. Such as tonight!"

"I was looking for a local sweets store for my mom’s bday. I was surprised they didn’t offer delivery in the same zip code, so opted for shipping, assuming they would ground FedEx… tracked it, chocolates came from Atlanta? to go to Vestavia, the store I thought I had ordered from. Worse, when I called, they said shipped orders come from Jacksonville & I should have called store directly. How bout state that on your website instead of giving those details after the fact? It’s not a mom & pop if that’s what you seek, just another chain."
