DISGRUNTLED long term fan, no longer fan :(
"I thought the actual product was amazing, per ususal. HOWEVER, the delivery process was totally unacceptable!!! We sent 7 gift boxes to business clients and 1 to ourselves! :). I wanted some of the wonderful PB popcorn, but I also wanted to see how Peterbrooke handles on-line orders. I am greatly disappointed. When we received our order, our gift card message was written on the BACK of a PB promotional flyer that was attached with a PB sticker to an even larger PB promotional flyer. There was not a gift card enclosed that CLEARLY identified who sent the gift along with the sender's gift message. If kids opened the package, no one would know where to look for the sender information! VERY poorly done! It told me that PB is promoting only themselves and not respecting the person who actually bought the gift. I will NOT be buying anymore PB on-line nor will I encourage others to do so. We are originally from Jacksonville(now in Tampa), and I was hoping this would prove to be a "go-to" for future gifts. Unfortunately, it will not be."
