Basket was ok/Experience not good

The basket was ok, but the experience of ordering was not at all pleasant. When I looked up the closest store, it was just a few miles away. Perfect...they could deliver the get-well basket the next day. But when I began ordering, it did NOT take me to the local store, it brought me to the corporate's website. It did not give me an opportunity to write any get-well wishes, and told me it would take 2 days to deliver! So much for shopping locally.
