Online Order

I trust that the product was as excellent as usual, but this was delivered directly to a customer, so I didn't see it first hand. My biggest issue was that I ordered online for the first time this year, to be delivered via local courier. The confirmation email indicated that I would be notified when the item was shipped, but I never received it. I emailed and called the contact info online and did not hear back. I finally had to call a local shop for another phone number. The person who returned my call was very nice and confirmed delivery of one order, but apparently my other order had lost its tag, so it was delivered after my call. The situation was resolved, but I don't think I will order online again.
