Here's what your Journey to ownership looks like:
Initial Inquiry
Start by completing our franchise interest form. This helps us understand your background, goals, and why you're interested in bringing Peterbrooke to your community.
Personal Profile & Financial Review
If we both feel there's a potential fit, you'll complete a Personal Profile that gives us more insight into your experience and financial readiness. This step helps ensure you're positioned for success as a future shop owner.
Discovery Day
Next, you'll join us in Jacksonville, Florida, for an immersive Discovery Day experience. You'll meet our leadership team, tour existing Peterbrooke shops, and take a behind-the-scenes tour of our chocolate factory—where the magic (and the chocolate) truly begins.
Site Selection & Buildout
Our real estate and construction teams will guide you through choosing the right location, securing your lease, and building out your shop to reflect the Peterbrooke brand and experience.
Introduction Call
We'll schedule a one-on-one call to walk you through our franchise model, investment range, training program, and support systems. This is your opportunity to ask questions and learn what sets Peterbrooke apart in the premium chocolate space.
FDD Review
You'll receive our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), which provides a detailed overview of the franchise opportunity, including legal and financial information. We encourage you to review it carefully with the support of a franchise attorney or advisor.
Franchise Agreement Signing
When both sides are confident in the partnership, you'll sign your franchise agreement and officially join the Peterbrooke family.
Training & Grand Opening
You'll complete comprehensive training at our headquarters, followed by on-site support to help you launch your shop with confidence. From day one, you'll also gain access to ongoing marketing tools, coaching, and operational support.
